PROCEDURES: 
a. The seller will present an FCO to the buyer.
b. Buyer sends signs FCO.  
c. The seller will present the draft contract for acceptance by the Buyer. Contract goes through normal negotiation and validation period.  
d. Buyer returns the draft contract by exchanging it by facsimile or Email attachment, duly signed and sealed, within 48 hours, the draft copy will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged.
e. Buyer Bank delivers SWIFT advice or MT103-23 (from European Bank) to Seller Bank for POF and to confirm readiness to deliver the Letter of Credit in the agreed format. Within 04 working days.
f. Seller bank delivers SWIFT pre-advice reply confirming readiness to receive the Buyer´s Bank´s Letter of Credit and Attaches/confirms the original documents for the POP to Buyer´s Bank Proof of Product, within 05 working days. RSA certificate will be included in POP.
g. The shipment will start according to the contract and to agreed schedule.
h. All banking charges including confirmation from the Buyer's bank shall be borne by the buyer and all banking charges incurred by the Seller at Seller's bank shall be borne by the Seller.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Our supplier WILL NOT provide "HISTORICAL DATA" such as past BL's, Seaway Bills, SGS Reports, Lab Exams, Performance Bonds, POP's, Contracts, etc... all examples of documents that can be utilized by others as their own! Our supplier WILL NOT provide "FACTORY VISITS" and/or sell under "FOB TERMS"... the reason is very transparent:

As an OFFICIAL ALLOCATION HOLDING COMPANY, these multiple factories are actually confidential sources that our Partners are not willing to share. Our supplier WILL NOT provide "SUGAR SAMPLES" and/or send pictures of bags.... This is also why SGS inspection is included with all shipments.

The Seller does not in any way misrepresent themselves. WE OFFER A RISK FREE ENVIRONMENT TO BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER and facilitate them the successful closure of the deals. Full responsibility will at all times remain the prerogative of the Buyer and Seller.
