is created in 2009 by merge of such companies as DALINTERSNAB CO LTD (Vladivostok, year of the basis 2002, director Mikhaylov Alexander Nikolaevich) and Agrochemsnab CO LTD (Ekaterinburg, year of the basis 2004, director Vaganov Michael Vladimirovich)

In 2009 for the purpose of the optimum, operative decision of many industrial, transport and organizational questions it is created three branches of our company:

1. Head office – the city of  St.-Petersburg.

The place is chosen not casually – the big seaport, the affinity to Moscow gives the chance to solve many organizational questions.

2. Branch in the city of Ekaterinburg – a large quantity of the industrial enterprises and factories on processing of natural and synthetic products. The centre of Russia and a military-industrial complex (a regular world exhibition of achievements of a war industry in the city of Nizhniy Tagil, Ural Mountains).
